We need to redo how we market and promote our business so that people in our market understand what we offer and why they should do business with us.
Eric has helped us design campaigns, programs, and promotions to capture that market.

That is, the people in our market who are engaged online. I say engaged because one of the ways Eric has helped us improve our interaction with our customers online is through email and promotions we’ve done where people have opted into our email campaign.
And we’ve been able to communicate with them. We’ve had people come in from different promotions and purchase after an engagement online. These people purchased from us and had never purchased from us before.
And that’s what we’re after, to get that new customer we haven’t reached before. Once we get the customers in the store, we feel like they see what we have to offer and who we are as a company….
Well, they’ll remember us the next time they need an appliance. They’ll remember us when they need a washer. Dryer. Refrigerator…
And Eric has helped us with running campaigns. The software that we are using has helped us to engage with customers online. We’ve had a couple of instances. But the one I’ll let you know is…
…We had a new customer who responded to an ad we ran. She emailed us a particular question that she had about a washing machine. I was able to email her back and give her some tips and some options that we had.
Then, she came into the store and bought the laundry machine based on my recommendation via email. She would have never come to us. She would have never gathered that customer had she not seen our promotion.
Then, we had an avenue to respond to her particular needs. Her particular questions. She had never bought from Oldfield’s before. It was her first time in the store, and she left a happy customer.
We gathered a customer for life from that one experience. We have many others like that. Yes! I definitely would recommend Eric and Dahl Integration Marketing.
