Eric's story starts in 1991, when he was 10 years old living in Monrovia, Liberia with his family. They were evacuated from Liberia when a furious and bloody civil war, that had been brewing for months, finally broke out.

From this experience, Eric learned that TIME is something finite. We can never get it back!

He’ll never get that time away from his family and friends in Liberia back.

Fast forward years later, he was again forced to learn this lesson about TIME, after he graduated from the University of Oregon and began pursuing his Olympic dreams.

He made the Liberian Olympic Watch List in the 100-meter dash and realized that a normal 9-5 job wasn’t going to cut it for him due to his grueling training schedule.

Together, with one of his long-time friends, started an Information Technology business where Eric was responsible for sales and marketing.

This way he had a flexible schedule that could work around his grueling training schedule.

Fast forward a couple years later, Eric single-handedly, since he was the only sales professional or marketer in the business, sold over a million dollars in IT services and other related products.

The business was successful but, in the summer of 2012, he suffered a massive hamstring injury that caused him to drop out of his Olympic pursuit!

It was a traumatic experience for him. He felt that the injury and his failure to become an Olympian was due to all the TIME he spent prospecting and selling!

He became determined to find a solution to business growth that didn’t rob business owners of their TIME and resources away from family, friends and hobbies.

In the summer of 2013, after he had experimented with all kinds of different marketing and sales strategies, with the single goal of automating and delegating his marketing and sales work … he did!

In wake of this breakthrough, late 2014, he decided to leave the IT company and start his own business so he could help other business owners make their business growth easier…

… while still having the time to enjoy family, friends and hobbies, too.

His clients started reporting that they were, on average, reducing the time spent working IN their businesses by over 50%, while dramatically increasing their incomes.
