Eric: Years back, there was a recession. We started going out, door to door. I didn’t even have business cards. I didn’t even know what a server was. We’re trying to promote IT services. And I was out there.
And through learning how to market and promote, I built that company into a million-dollar company with 12 employees.
Less than five years.
And that whole experience taught me a lot about the passion and grit you must have to be an entrepreneur. I mean, it’s not easy. You have to have belief and faith in what you’re doing.
And I hope to instill that in my clients and help them overcome that confusion.
Because there’s just so much information out there regarding marketing, and at the end of the day, what’s getting the results?
Shannon: Even though you’ve moved on to your business, we’re still using a service that you set us up with to perform a valuable benefit for us.
And I must say, your outreach through Greeters and other networking areas is an excellent example of what we try to do at Greeters.
And I know everybody here would agree that it’s a valuable spot to start a business and to be involved. Being with you on this day is a precious moment, so congratulations from all of us.
